Doctors for Change works to increase access to care and improve the health of all Houstonians and all Texans through research, education, collaboration, and advocacy.

The focus of DFC is to make Houston and Texas healthier by ensuring that all persons have access to high quality health care and that all communities have the resources they need to promote mental and physical wellbeing. We believe that health care should be universal, affordable, accessible, accountable, comprehensive, and just.
